Well no Pilates for me Cry

Had major shoulder surgery two weeks ago. I'm not suppose to put any load on my bicep or lift my arm over my head for 3 months! I had biceps tendonesis, acromioplasty and a labrum tear. The surgery took 3 hours. So far, I'm healing well, but can't work out....
I've been hearing about Pilates for years. Haven't been doing anything with it, though....but it is time for a new start. I've started with a few exercises and found it amazing. The 100s is so much more efficient way of working the abs than sit-ups. Roll-ups are also a great way.

The hardest part, I've found at least, is learning how to get into the proper position for each exercise. There is a lot of things to think about. It definitely isn't the kind of thing that you can
